Richlam® specializes in biomimetic self-healing concrete technology and provides high-performance surface waterproofing solutions to construction projects worldwide. Richlam400 Crystalline Waterproofing Coating utilizes crystallization waterproofing principles to deliver long-lasting protection for concrete. Its nano-scale crystalline growth factors penetrate the concrete via moisture and form an internal crystalline barrier up to 30mm deep, effectively sealing and protecting the concrete from water ingress and chemical attack. This crystalline waterproofing chemical can also self-heal surface cracks up to 0.4 mm, greatly enhancing the waterproofing and durability of concrete structures.
Richlam400 is a powdered crystalline waterproofing coating designed for job-site activation. Apply the slurry with vigorous back-and-forth strokes with stiff bristles so as the material be "rubbed" or "massaged" firmly into the concrete capillaries and surface pores to ensure deep penetration. It can also be used as a dry shake waterproofing material, directly broadcast onto freshly poured concrete and finished into the surface—ideal for slabs, basements, and water-retaining structures. The recommended dosage is 1.5 kg/m². This Crystalline Waterproofing Coating adheres to both positive and negative pressure surfaces and is suitable for both new construction and repair applications, including restoration of leaking concrete structures.
