Richlam400 is a powdered crystalline waterproofing coating designed for job-site activation. After mixing with water, it can be applied using brush, spray, or trowel. It can also be used as a dry shake waterproofing material, directly broadcast onto freshly poured concrete and finished into the surface—ideal for slabs, basements, and water-retaining structures. The recommended dosage is 1.5 kg/m². This Crystalline Waterproofing Coating adheres to both positive and negative pressure surfaces and is suitable for both new construction and repair applications, including restoration of leaking concrete structures.
