Water-Based Crystalline Sealer for Concrete Surface Protection
Richlam® specializes in biomimetic self-healing concrete technology, providing high-performance surface-applied waterproofing systems for global infrastructure projects. Richlam300 is a waterproofing spray for concrete, based on waterborne crystalline technology that penetrates the concrete surface and creates an internal sealing layer up to 30mm deep. Its nano-scale crystalline growth factors use water as a carrier to permeate the concrete, react chemically with cementitious materials, and form a dense crystallization waterproofing layer that enhances both waterproofing and corrosion resistance.
As a ready-to-use, water-based waterproofing chemical for concrete, Richlam300 requires no dilution or mixing. It can be directly spray-applied on positive or negative pressure sides of concrete. It is effective even on damp surfaces and does not require special surface preparation. Because it does not interfere with project timelines or require extended curing, Richlam300 has become a preferred penetrating sealer for concrete among general contractors and waterproofing professionals.
