Empowering Distributors: Richlam® Training Initiative for Self-Healing Concrete Expertise

To better support its international partners, Richlam® has launched a new training initiative aimed at providing in-depth knowledge on self-healing concrete, integral waterproofing, and crystalline admixture application.

The program includes online certification modules, on-site support, and lab-based demonstrations. It equips sales engineers and technical reps with tools to design, specify, and troubleshoot Richlam® systems effectively.

Initial sessions were held for distributor teams in Latin America and Southeast Asia, with additional schedules planned for Europe and Africa in 2025.
